Projects in 2007.
* The HVAC System at Saud Consult was Chilled
Water System & all of the HVAC Works were
done by AFIFI.
* Butain Tower in Khobar is one of AFIFI Projects in
2008.
* All of the HVAC Works were done by AFIFI.
* The A/C System at this Project was Dx Type of
Central Split Units & Concealed Units
* AFIFI is handling the maintenance of this
project
since handing over & up to now.
Siphchem Admin Building at Al-Khobar is one of
AFIFI Chilled Water Projects in 2009/2008.
The Main Contactor of the Project was Project
Build Co.
As per our last visit to the building this year, the
HVAC System is working in a very good condition
& the client is appreciating our works.
These three buildings are at the center of AlKhobar.
One of them is offices building as shown at the
perspective & the real photo & the others will be
furnished apartments buildings.
AFIFI also did for this client another building in
2012.
AFIFI Maintenance Department is doing the
Maintenance for the A/C units of all buildings of
this owner.
One of AFIFI Projects which is not yet started
as it is still under construction is AL Essa Offices
Building at the center of Al-Khobar which is seven
storey building.
We are doing all of the HVAC Systems & all of the
maintenance works for all of the properties of this
owner.
AFIFI done the HVAC System for one commercial offices building at Al-Khobar for “Haji Husein Alireza.
Diamond Suites is 4 Stars Hotal in Al-Khobar near
to Cornaish Area.
We completed this project in 2014 & its HVAC
System consisted of concealed carrier a/c units.
This building was the third building we have done
for the same owner
AFIFI has maintenance contracts for all buildings
of this owner.
One of AFIFI Project in 2016 is Al-Qubais Building
which is designed to be a 4 stars hotel.
The HVAC System for the Hotel consists of ducted
concealed a/c unit for each room.
Ali Al-Huraish Building in Al-Olya at Al-Khobar is
one of AFIFI projects.

The HVAC System consists of ducted concealed
a/c unit for each room or suite.
This Project is 228 Villa for Aramco Employees with different selection of A/C Types either Package A/C
Units or Mini Split A/C Units.
This Project was awarded to AFIFI twice. One time with “Jenan” the previous contractor & the other time
was with “Baytur” the current contractor.
Addition to the prestigious Palaces which AFIFI has done its HVAC System this is Al-Sadoon Palace which
is still under construction.
We are about to be awarded the HVAC contract for the Mosque for the same Owner & we are quoting for
the same owner other projects for him as per his request.
AFIFI is installing the HVAC System for hundreds of villas per year among them a lot of prestigious
Palaces like this Palace for Mr. Khaled Al-Fozan.
The HVAC System of this Palace consists of 28 Package A/C Units from 20 Ton. Ref. down to 5 Ton Ref.
and many rooftop exhaust fans.
AFIFI was awarded the residential part of the project which is composed of 59 villas of 3 different
architectural layout

One of the compounds which AFIFI is doing its HVAC Works is Al-Hammad 4 Palaces at Al-Khobar.
The compound consists of 4 Palaces for Al-Hammad Family.
One of AFIFI Industrial project which is LAO Satalite Work Shop station inside United Petrochemicals at Sabic Industrial city in Jubail.
AFIFI in 2014 installed the HVAC Works for 2 industrial projects. One of them was inside Sadara & the
other was in Gas & both of them were under Sabic Umbrella
AFIFI did this project as a sub-contractor for Johnson Controls who signed this project with Korean
company (E-TECH) which did all of the activities of the plant.
AFIFI designed & installed a lot of Hospitals, one of them was Al-Mouwasat Hospital in Dammam.
The main contractor of this project was Project Build Co
The project was handed over in 2009.
AFIFI was responsible for creating the shop
drawings, installation works and testing and
commissioning works of the HVAC system.
The system is VRV type supplied by L.G. with total
tonnage of 470.0 TR.
AFIFI designed, supplied & Installed the HVAC
System for Al-Kahal Hospital in Dammam.
Since the completion of the this project, AFIFI is
handling the maintenance for this hospital & for
the owner’s house as well.
The client showed his intent to award to us the
HVAC Works of his new hospital at Al-Hassa as it is
under construction nowadays & AFIFI has already
provided the HVAC Primary Design of the new
bldg. as well
AFIFI designed, supplied & Installed the HVAC
System for Al-Kahal Hospital in Dammam.

AFIFI also did the HVAC System for Fouad Center Mall for Mr. Abdullah Fouad which is located at
Cornaish Al-Khobar.
All over AFIFI History, AFIFI installed the HVAC System for many Commercial Buildings & Malls. One of them was Venicia Mall in 2005.
AFIFI did a lot of projects for Abdullah Fouad family like houses, offices, showrooms & most of the TOY TOWN all over Saudi Arabia as in Dammam, Khobar, Riyadh, Makkah & Al-Madina.
Since the opening of Al-Rashid Mall AFIFI did a lot of works for the HVAC System for Al-Rashid Mall in Al-Khobar either to rectify the mistakes of the previous contractor or for additional areas & extensions like Kaysarya Area at the basement, Al-Baha Mega stores, Entrance of Carrefour, third floor new food court,….etc.
AFIFI has done a lot of Governmental projects
among them was Jubail Commercial Port Control
Tower Renovation in 2015.
AFIFI removed the old Chilled Water System &
installed new DX System as per the client request.
Among AFIFI Governmental projects in 2013 was new Customs Building inside King Fahd International
Airport in Dammam.
AFIFI Scope was: Design, Supply & install all of the HVAC System Including the American Green Heck
Exhaust Fans.
The Military Projects has a part of AFIFI History as
an example a Store for Missiles under the ground
in 2014.
In this Project the air was Passing from outside
the building to inside through Anti-Blast valves
connected with two Plenum Boxes from both
Sides.

our works
AFIFI was awarded the contract for one building in King Abdul Aziz Naval Base after the Naval base consultant appreciated our works in Missiles store at “Ras Al-Ghar”.
